As VKS at Institute of strategic researches works

The Compulink group designed and implemented a complex of the modern multimedia systems in the hall of the academic council of the Russian Institute of Strategic Researches (RISR) . The multimedia system created by Compulink Group allows to hold sessions of a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING) with the regional centers and representative offices of RISI, integration of systems opened an opportunity to organize collective audio-and video conferences with colleagues, to broadcast all materials in high resolution.

The display subsystem of information is provided by five LCD displays. According to the staff of RISI, such number of monitors provides an optimal covering of the hall and allows to see the text and graphic information to the user from any place in the hall of the academic council. Broadcast of the image in high resolution is executed by the LifeSize VKS system. Many functions in it are automated: for example, the camera is pointed automatically at turning on of the microphone. The VKS system integrated with the Lync 2013 system allows employees to be connected to a meeting from the jobs.

Participants of actions are connected to a multimedia complex using the Crestron system which figurative touchpad provides comfortable management from any point of the conference hall of the academic council. For carrying out round tables the congress system of Bosch having functions of synchronous translation and the organization of vote is provided.

Cooperation Compulink and RISI lasts many years: for example, earlier specialists of the IT company created a hardware and software system for virtualization of infrastructure services of institute.
