The 1C: Trade Management 8 software product implemented by 1C-Rarus company in information structure of the Lobnensky cement company helps with supply management and sales of dry construction mixes, the company integrator reported on January 11, 2013.
Solution
The customer needed to automate accounting of purchasing and trade operations. The 1C: Trade Management 8 software product is for this purpose selected. Involved specialists of 1C-Rarus company in its implementation.
In a work progress in the Lobnensky cement company the following processes are automated:
- Purchases (supply) and vendor relationship management. In an information system it is possible to make out supplier orders, to control settlement with them, to keep account of arrival of goods;
- Sales management, logistics and transport (SFM, WMS, TMS). Sales process, service and marketing operations are automated. An opportunity to keep sales accounting, including wholesale, to quickly make out orders of buyers, to carry out by ABC/XYZ analysis of sales of goods, to conduct settlement with buyers is had. A system helps to calculate normative cost value of orders, pricing, formation of price lists is automated;
- Management of warehouse stocks.
A system gives an opportunity to ABC/XYZ analysis of sales of goods, calculation of normative cost value of orders, managements of warehouse stocks, sales planning and purchases, the analysis of a goods turnover and monitoring of efficiency of a trading activity.
Increase in efficiency of activity of the automated services became result of implementation, time for accomplishment of routine transactions was reduced, the quality of work of personnel increased.
