On April 21, 2020 the ALP Group company announced implementation of automated information system for the Lokotekh Ekspert General Service Center (GSC) (enters into Lokotekh Group).

The Information System (IS) is developed by department of corporate information systems of ALP Group (DKIS) using import-independent information technologies of 1C company.

With its help OTsO performs functions of correct and timely reflection in accounting of all aspects of activity of the enterprises of the Lokotekh Group and also prepares and provides the accounting and financial reporting.

Now the number of the external users of a system transferring documents to OTsO on a permanent basis exceeds 10 thousand. Daily over 15 thousand new documents are entered to the IC, and more than 90% are processed within a day — according to existing regulations of processing of each document type and agreements on service quality (SLA) of divisions of holding from OTsO.

System implementation allowed to increase efficiency Lokotekh Ekspert. The transparency of accounting processes, all divisions of holding connected to OTsO is provided, are transferred to uniform technology of accounting. The "human" factor is minimized. The uniform supervisory center is created and 100% control of observance of standards is provided thanks to what the quality of adoption of upravlensky solutions increased.

The information system consists of electronic archive, means of its integration into the software applied in divisions of holding, a subsystem of line scanning and automatic linking of scans of paper documents with their registration forms. Besides, the IC includes a subsystem of control of observance of SLA and regulations, a subsystem of analytical data processing and also the module of exchange of memos.

The IC OTsO is prepared for further scaling: to connection of divisions and integration with even large number of information systems.

The high level of automation and exception of problem sections with the large volume of routine transactions are crucial for reliable processing of intensive flows of documents. The specified tasks were solved using implementation of QR codes. It allowed to save the procedure of preparation and printing of paper documents, but now each document automatically receives the unique code which is at once entered in its registration form in electronic archive. Now the document contains the special QR code generated by a system by which after scanning communication with the registration form in electronic archive is reestablished automatically. Thus all scans are correctly connected with each other and with the registration form.

The procedure of scanning happens in the automatic mode and does not create additional load of personnel. It eliminated restrictions for the number of the processed documents and excluded manual transactions at which there are most of all errors.
