Luchegorsky fuel and energy complex (LUTEK) (Abacus Financial (AF7))

Into Luchegorsky Fuel and Energy Complex companies (LUTEK) which since January 1, 2007 is transformed to branch of Far Eastern Generating Company a system for payroll and personnel records based on the solution ABACUS Financial is brought into commercial operation. At the end of 2006 for fulfillment of requirements of DGK on reorganization of the LUTEK enterprise computer assisted translation of a remaining balance on fixed assets, materials, partners from LUTEK in LUTEK DGK branch was executed. Regarding accounting of personnel transfer of information of the staff list was carried out to the new enterprise, creation of a packet of dismissal orders and employment of employees on both enterprises, ensuring calculation of average earnings of employees proceeding from cumulative calculation for two enterprises with separation of the amounts for tax accounting. So far the works are completed and specialists LUTEK can conduct parallel operation in two enterprises that allows to prepare at the same time year balance LUTEK and messages in operational accounting of DGK branch.

It should be noted that for accounting of financial and economic activity, LUTEK uses ABACUS Financial since the end of 2003. During 2004 the finance department was connected to a system, and the total number of users reached 50. Then section of accounting of personnel and the salary at the number of staff of employees was automated about 5000 people. During 2004-2005 works on inspection and development of terms of reference and also implementation of completions in a system were carried out. In 2005 IT specialists of IT LUTEK independently performed start of complete functionality for personnel department and department of work and the salary. Start was carried out to operation of section of payroll and divisions, adjacent to it (sections of time keeping, Social department) with involvement of specialists of developer company. At the same time duplicative payroll calculation in an old system was not required.

According to project participants, since January, 2006 in a system the full stroke of payroll for all staff of the enterprise is executed. By the end of 2006 the actual number of the users registered in a system made 240 people, and quantity of at the same time working - 130. Now the most part of works on user support and the main part of completions of a system is performed by IT specialists of LUTEK. Within agreements of support specialists of developer - Omega companies - far off update a system, control accomplishment of scheduled works on servers and answer questions which IT specialists of LUTEK did not manage to solve.
