MTS Exolve provided corporate services to one of the holdings in Russia for the sale and maintenance of commercial and passenger cars "Luidor." MTS Exolve announced this on August 7, 2024.

Among the services provided are more than 160 direct city and mobile numbers, which the company can use to ensure effective communication between employees, to communicate with customers and number tracking.

In addition, MTS Exolve ensured the operation of the hotline at numbers 8-800, which allows customers of the Luidor network to quickly receive the necessary information and technical support. The service works around the clock and free of charge in 13 cities of Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Kazan, etc.), in which car dealerships and technical centers "Luidor" operate. For the auto business, telephony is one of the main tools for interacting with customers - both incoming calls and processing requests left on the site in outgoing mode are taken into account here.
