For the organization of accounting of the entering and outgoing documentation, tracking of performance of the resolution of the director, for accounting of internal documentation and also for systematization of process of approval of agreements, accounting of the tender documentation by company management of Lukbeloil LLC the decision on system implementation of electronic document management was made.

Selecting a system, considered the following factors:

• convenience of storage and information search of different type;
• possibility of independent support of a system;
• friendly interface.

As a basis for creation of an information system the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product answering to all assigned tasks was selected. The 1C-Rarus company became the partner in the project.

Implementation of the software product allowed to automate such tasks as:

• Office-work;
• Accounting and document storage;
• Accounting and control of execution of instructions;
• Accounting of agreements;
• Tenders and procurement procedures;
• Work with the tender documentation.

Implementation of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product allowed to organize accounting of the entering documentation and control of performance of resolutions of the director, accounting of outgoing documentation is implemented, account of memos, orders and other internal documentation and also accounting of agreements is kept, the tender procedure and accounting of the tender documentation is automated.
