To organize the storage and use of information on customers, Lumax Electronics LLC introduced the software product 1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). " The implementation was carried out by 1C-Rarus.
The company in Lumax Electronics LLC has been represented on the Russian market since 2005, is one of the largest integrators and suppliers of equipment for television broadcasting systems, cable, satellite and terrestrial television.
The management of Lumax Electronics LLC pays considerable attention to the quality and efficiency of customer service using modern information technologies.
For 2021, the goal was set: to improve the tools for working with the client base and increase the level of service.
The software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) "and 1C-Rarus integrator.
Preparation and commissioning of the information system were carried out without stopping the current work tasks. At the time of mastering the new functionality, 1C-Rarus consultants were always in touch and promptly helped with emerging issues.
