MFC of the Magadan region passed to the AIS "Etla" of version 2.5

2020: Transition to the AIS MFC "Etla" of version 2.5

The Atlas Soft company announced on August 17, 2020 that MFC of the Magadan region passed to AIS "Etla" 2.5.

Primary activity of MOGAU of MFC is the organization and ensuring activity of the uniform place of acceptance, registration and issues of necessary documents, to physical persons and legal entities when providing the public and municipal services.

In 2017 joint forces of staff of Atlas Soft and MOGAU'S specialists of MFC execute implementation of automated information system for the multifunction centers (AIS MFC "Etla").

Due to the permanent development of the multifunction centers for all Russia and expansion of the provided services, sharply there was a question of transition to the last of the version of AIS MFC "Etla" 2.5 which gives following features:

• Updating of functionality of the AIS MFC according to the requirements existing at that time;
• Upgrade of the AIS MFC regarding work of call center;
• Upgrade of the AIS MFC regarding completion of a subsystem of integration of the information systems MOGAU of MFC with SIEI (system of interdepartmental electronic interaction);
• Upgrade of the AIS MFC regarding completion of a subsystem of the automated jobs of operators;
• Upgrade of the AIS MFC regarding completion of a subsystem of the reporting and statistics;
• Reduction of work of interaction of the central office MOGAU MFC with the territorially isolated structural divisions (TISD) to the requirements existing at that time;
• Upgrade of the AIS MFC regarding completion of a subsystem of an electronic queue, for ensuring making changes of appearance of the infomat and an information display without stopping works of office;
• Updating of business processing of affairs of applicants according to qualifying standards.
• Stability augmentation of work of all subsystems of the AIS MFC;
• Increase in security of a system according to the recommendations of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC of Russia).

In turn, transition to the latest version of AIS MFC "Etla" 2.5 was given to:

• To quality improvement of work of the central office MOGAU MFC and the territorially isolated structural divisions (TISD), when providing the public and municipal services to applicants in the territory of Magadan and the Magadan region regarding stability and uninterrupted operability of the AIS MFC;
• To acceleration of work of the AIS MFC in general;
• To increase in satisfaction of citizens with quality of the public and municipal services provided by executive authorities, local government authorities of Magadan and the Magadan region due to reduction of terms of providing the public and municipal services.

In the nearest future expansion of the functionality of a system connected with interaction through the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction SIEI (3.0) MOGAU MFC with federal and regional bodies is planned government: Federal Tax Service (FTS), Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (RPF), Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation), The state information system about the state and municipal payments (GIS GMP), Ministry of Internal Affairs (MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS), Russian Central Election Commission (Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation), Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo), Federal corporation on development of a small and medium entrepreneurship (MSP Corporation).
