In MFI Soft company the project on automation of budget management based on the software product "is completed by Intalev: Corporate finances". Taking into account rapid growth of the company and also due to the need of optimization of the existing processes of budget planning, management accounting and the reporting the need for automation appeared.
The project started in July, 2008 with the Budget planning block. Completion of implementation of the first block and its start in trial operation was implemented in November, 2008.
The second stage "Management Accounting and Reporting" started in March, 2009. Within the second stage transfer of actual data in a managerial circuit taking into account the developed standards of accounting is executed. Start of a system in operation was performed in May, 2009.
