"A MMS Rus" automated management of retail

On September 1, 2015 the 1C-Rarus company announced implementation of the software solution "1C: Trade Management 8" in MMS Rus company.

The official distributor of the Mitsubishi cars in Russia MMS Rus company with the assistance of specialists 1C-Rarus implemented the 1C: Trade Management 8 system. During the project 600 jobs in departments of logistics, an after-sale service, business intelligence and planning are automated.

The most important part of a new system is the web portal created for transparency and efficiency of interaction "a MMS Rus" with dealer network. It is the uniform platform for dealers on which they can:

• browse news of the company,
• load technical documentation on goods,
• get access to base of spare parts,
• get access to price lists and lists of replacements,
• order necessary goods,
• keep track of the status of order fulfillment.

For September 1, 2015 the Internet resource of the company quickly processes up to 600 orders for spare parts daily. It became simpler to control and monitor movement of goods in a warehouse. Process of the goods delivery is optimized.

Employees "a MMS Rus" had an opportunity to beforehand analyze demand of dealer network and to qualitatively plan purchases.

Alexander Vetokhin, the head of service on development of an after-sale service "a MMS Rus", noted: "Reduction for 25% of time for processing of addresses of dealers - from the order moment before a shipment design became an important result of the project. Reporting, import and export of data and documents take place in the background, without affecting performance of work of all system. The order of any of 1.2 million spare parts is available to all our dealers in Russia at any moment. The possibility of purchase of the missing spare part at the next dealer allowed to accelerate accomplishment of orders and works for end customers".
