"MOESK" will adapt EDMS for work with classified documents

Until the end of the 2nd quarter 2014 of "MOESK" expects to implement the module of protection of a trade secret of an automated system of managerial document flow based on EMC Documentum software.

As it appears from the project documentation, among the purposes of creation of such module – ensuring cryptographic protection of the documents with a signature stamp Trade secret which are in storage of the workflow system and a possibility of giving of the legal importance to documents when passing of all stages of lifecycle by them in a system.

In addition, for the project account in "MOESK" expect to create the uniform protected information space of the company where also mobile application for iPad will enter and also to create premises for exchange of legally significant information with other organizations of Rosseti connected to a system.

The last in "MOESK" is explained with perspectives of creation of the uniform internal regulatory base and technical infrastructure for all by DZO of Rosseti in the future.

The module of protection of a trade secret will include several functional units. In particular, the blocks providing authentication and authorization of users in the workflow system, access isolation to the documents containing a trade secret, storage and document transfer in encrypted form, etc.

Creation of the module of protection of a trade secret will happen in two stages. At the first stage possibilities of the module on providing a trade secret using means of cryptographic information protection of Crypto Pro and the electronic signature for all document types should be implemented. At the second stage it is also going to implement support of the module on iPad client.
