MPW Industrial Water Services uses TeamViewer

On March 18, 2014 it became known of the project of use of a remote control system TeamViewer in MPW Industrial Water Services company.

The MPW Industrial Water Services company felt need for providing access, management and programming of the equipment for the remote mode, as well as monitoring of trends of technical condition, assessment of performance of the systems of customers in order to avoid idle times.

The convenient, safe program with the minimum term of training of employees was required. Reliable and safe VPN connection should support software.

During some time frame the company used the known solution for remote access, however, it was difficult for many users and had no necessary communication potential.

Project Progress

MPW Industrial Water Services paid attention to TeamViewer. Some staff of the company worked with TeamViewer and earlier, but the most part from them passed to this product in March, 2010.

Project Results

Using TeamViewer, MPW Industrial Services had an opportunity of remote access and observation of water filtering systems on platforms of the clients located at a distance of hundreds and thousands of kilometers.

Staff of MPW quickly was trained and got to work with the program. Implementation saves about 45 minutes of school hours on each employee. Using the function TeamViewer VPN, MPW sets reliable and safe connections for file transfer, without substituting security of servers under blow. Support of functionality of VPN helps MPW to get access to the server of licenses for some programs on remote computers which differently would be unavailable.
