2019: Official garden technology dealer MTD automates business with 1C ERP solution

MTD Sadovaya Technika, a company representing an American manufacturer in Russia, at the beginning of 2019 completed the introduction of a unified ERP system based on 1C: Integrated Automation. The automation partner was the 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT.

Accounting and personnel records of the customer were automated on the basis of 1C software products. Financial records were kept using spreadsheets. With a high information flow, overlays occurred in the entry data - duplication, descriptions, which was reflected in the reliability of the consolidated statements and required careful checks that slowed down the work.

Express research showed that the application solution "1C: Integrated Automation" will allow not only to solve existing problems, but also to get expanded functionality for work and create a unified information environment. It includes: operational accounting, financial management/treasury, sales and procurement, logistics, analytical and statistical reporting, planning, forecasting and monitoring unit.

Blocks in the field of financial management were actually implemented "from scratch," improvements were not required during the implementation. The customer was completely satisfied with the typical functionality.

The system is integrated with the company's website. Product data is automatically uploaded to the site, and customer order data is automatically uploaded from the site. Sales and purchasing managers now always have complete and up-to-date information about orders received, which allows you to accurately and quickly plan purchases and control settlements.

The automation of treasury and budgeting has increased the efficiency of controlling the flow of funds and financial obligations, ensured the possibility of financial planning and the use of a wide analytical tool. Approval of requests for spending funds is now carried out in electronic form. Reconciliation routes are configured in the system. All responsible persons receive notifications about the receipt of new applications for approval, and the initiators of applications, accountants and cashiers - about the approval of these applications. It became possible to agree on applications from employees' mobile devices. This helped to simplify the coordination of payments and strengthen control over the spending of funds.

The introduction of the Sales Management unit made it possible to use Intercampani schemes, which simplify the accounting of the movement of goods within the company structure (between legal entities). Increased control over the status of inventory balances.

The Customer received a modern, effective tool for operational accounting of the Company's business activities with the possibility of direct representation in accounting and tax accounting, which guarantees the accuracy of the information provided.
