MTT - Multiregional Transit Telecom (BOSS-personnel officer)

The MTT telecommunication company brought into operation the updated GMCS Telecom system and a HRM system based on "BOSS-personnel officer". For conducting accounting, tax and management accounting the company since 2005 used Microsoft Dynamics AX. Within the development project the company of the solution set for GMCS the task of optimization in the system of the current business processes and also to expansion of its functionality using industry solution based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.

Automation based on the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system of basic processes of personnel management became one more task. Today within a system planning of staff lists, employee administration, accounting of a worked time, payroll, preparation of the regulated and analytical reporting is made. Besides, at the moment GMCS conducts works on creation in MTT of the personnel portal using Microsoft SharePoint technologies.
