"M of Video Eldorado" and SAP submitted the concept of "future shop"

On April 17, 2019 group "M of Video Eldorado" also SAP submitted the concept of "future shop". The pilot project developed based on SAP Cloud Platform shows how mobile technologies work artificial intelligence, machine learning and personalisation in retail to trade.

The retailer developed the long-term development strategy ONE-retail according to which trade completely will go to online, and traditional shops will expand consumer experience as the experience-centers and points of issue based on technologies and economy of impressions. This concept is already realized in those innovations which appear in shops "M of Video Eldorado".

In shops sellers work with the mobile devices allowing to select and issue purchase, to compare the prices to competitors and to individually calculate the most profitable scheme of application of discount means. The automated system of issue of orders using the chat-bot and machine learning technologies works. Formats for receiving the user experience in digital equipment and a geyming where before purchase it is possible to test develop and to alive estimate the selected device and all range of the related goods and accessories. Moreover, M.Video pilots software products, for example, navigation and 3D - modeling using augmented reality. They will allow to attract audience and to involve it in activities of a brand.

In our innovation shop we integrated classical omnichannel purchases with opportunities of augmented reality, and made goods receipt of a point of issue on recognition of the person. We collect continuous analytics about that, what is the time the person is in shop and what zones it is the most interesting. All data are collected in real time and used in the application of the seller.
