Solution

The Neti company did a great job on customization of a system under specific requirements of the Customer and a number of unique algorithms and programs for integration of a system with ERP Infor Ln 6 (Baan), 1C, PDM TehnologiCS was developed.

Staff of Neti worked directly with the internal business customer of MPO of I. Rumyantsev, without intermediate links that allowed to receive qualitative result in the shortest possible time.

Result Neti developers it was developed by software with the following functions:

• Maintaining single database on agreements of the organization (plan, fact, payment for each agreement, separate specifications of the agreement, goods/service)
• Tracking of process of approval of agreements;
• Automatic formation of electronic archive of the scanned contractual documents on divisions;
• Implementation of settlings with partners;
• The automatic notification of the CFD about payments and many other things.

Thus, the sound module CRM according to technical specifications of the Customer was created.
