2020: Upgrade of production of fire-resistant materials

On June 15, 2020 Fruktonad Group reported that they together with Magnezit group completed the project on upgrade of production of fire-resistant materials. This project deep upgrade of earlier installed equipment.

In Yuzhnouralsk the city of Satka where production of the company is located, specialists of Fruktonad Group upgraded the existing technical capacities.

Initially this production site was completed by industrial robots in 2015. Then Fruktonad Group set 3 robotic cells. Robots of ABB (model 6700) palletized finished goods (fire-resistant bricks).

After time other equipment – the modern automatic furnace was purchased. It caused also significant upgrade of taking of the robot, the scheme of laying of fire-resistant bricks and all technology chain.

After introduction of all changes, process optimization and structural elements, process of production changed. Now the press creates bricks and spreads them on vygruzhny a table where marking using industrial printers is applied on them (are also set by Fruktonad Group company). Then the robot takes away procurements using suckers and places them on 6-level racks according to the set order. After that future bricks go to the furnace for further roasting.

Fruktonad Group noted the most remembered project parts. In this case it concerned generally construction of industrial equipment. Taking of the robot, construction of suckers of capture is completely author's development of designers of Fruktonad Group company. They thought up these elements. And own production manufactured these mechanisms which serve on production in the city of Satka.
