The project of re-equipment of the Situational center of Roskomnadzor is placed on the portal of state procurements

On June 6, 2019 it became known that the project of re-equipment of the Situational center of Roskomnadzor is placed on the portal of state procurements. A customer is Federal State Unitary Enterprise Main Radio-frequency Center. According to documentation the amount of 85 million 995 thousand 890 rubles from the federal budget is planned for project implementation.

Applications for participation in the project are accepted from June 5, 2019 to June 18, 2019. Summing up is appointed to June 21, 2019.

The list of the equipment necessary for re-equipment, according to the technical project, includes 144 names: beginning from LED panels and finishing with sockets. It is about components of various video systems, the communications and sound systems, a congress system, the system of documentation, management and so on.

Telegram channel of Telecom review made the assumption that re-equipment can be connected with creation of the Center of monitoring and network management of a public communication.

In the middle of April, 2019 it was reported that the actions directed to creation of the Center of monitoring and network management of a public communication are implemented according to order of Security Council of the Russian Federation in the national program "Digital Economy". According to then the deputy manager of the regulator Alexander Pankov, for information support of automation of accomplishment of tasks of the Center is planned to create a complex of information systems. It was entrusted to Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications to provide by May 1, 2019 the federal law draft and the regulations necessary for accomplishment of functions of the Center of monitoring.

In the middle of May, 2019 it was reported that the Government of the Russian Federation adopted the resolution on an order of subsidizing of the Center of monitoring and network management of a public communication and corresponding information system from the federal budget. The document charges to Roskomnadzor to define the organization which will receive subsidies for creation and functioning of the Center. It should not be under foreign control and not have debts to the budget^[1].
