Meydzhor Express implemented the system of satellite monitoring for control of cars in the online mode

2019: System implementation of control of vehicles

On March 7, 2019 the company "AYTOB" announced system implementation GLONASS/ GPS- control in "Major Express". During the project a system "1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS" is implemented, 400 transport means of Meydzhor Express are equipped with a GLONASS/GPS terminals ADM 007. Managers had an opportunity in the online mode to keep track of location, speed and the direction of the movement cars. Operational formation of itemized statements for the analysis and efficiency evaluation of work of vehicle fleet is provided. Monthly using a system the company controls accomplishment about 800 long-distance runs.

According to information for March, 2019, in the express and transport park of Meydzhor Express – 500 corporate cars which monthly perform about 800 long-distance flights. For delivery of cargo to a long distance the company armors about 3000 flights a month. To provide the shortest time of delivery of departures it is necessary to control accurately location of each vehicle and accomplishment of each route task. For this purpose the company management decided to implement a system "1C: satellite monitoring GLONASS/GPS center" (1S:TsSM). For control of cars the ADM 007 terminals allowing to register location, the speed and the direction of the movement of under control vehicles were selected.

The system developer 1S:TsSM – AYTOB company became the partner in implementation. The project lasted 2 months, at the same time works were performed only on the days off when vehicle fleet works with partial load. During this time 400 cars of the company were equipped with a GLONASS/GPS trackers. Trackers are connected to the 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS system which is unrolled in 10 workplaces at office.

In a project deliverable:

• There was an opportunity to quickly control a courier delivery and cargo delivery with a full load of vehicles (FTL delivery). Using the created system managers in real time keep track of location of each car, the direction of its movement, passing of control points, observance of the planned routes. All data are displayed on electronic cards. At emergence of any non-staff situation the manager instantly receives the adequate notice and can take operational measures for its correction.
• In 1S:TsSM all information obtained from trackers is stored. For any time frame it is possible to create the operational report both on the separate vehicle, and on all vehicle fleet in general. It allows to analyze and estimate efficiency of transport and drivers in details.
• Integration of a system of satellite monitoring with the accounting system of the company allows to write out automatically waybills, to charge depreciation, to calculate the salary of drivers, to solve others accounting rasschetnye tasks.
