The Innoware company completed the project on implementation of complete industry solution of LS Retail on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 platform in the Ukrainian network of pizzerias Mamamia.

In process of development of network the company management of Mamamia faced that for further improving competitiveness it is necessary to use new technologies of business management. The configuration of separate products which was used for process management of the company did not allow to obtain quickly complete and reliable information about work of Mamamia restaurants and the company in general. Therefore the decision to replace the existing software with a complex and flexible management system was made.

For upgrade the international Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 platform with industry solution of LS Retail which would allow Mamamia to manage restaurants, delivery and bek office in a common information space was selected. The consultant for implementation for Mamamia was the Innoware company which is an official partner of LS Retail in Ukraine and also has wide experience of projects implementation and examination in the field of retail.

"Before making decision on LS Retail implementation I long enough looked for a suitable system for our pizzerias. As it appeared, the specifics of our business cut the most part of the existing POS systems. To us it was necessary that a system allowed to take on a centralized basis orders for delivery, to sell and consider additional toppings on pizza, to implement the loyalty program in a desirable type. The vast majority of systems did not allow to make serious changes to a configuration and especially to program. LS Retail met almost all our requirements therefore we selected this solution for project implementation", Alexey Tyurin, the owner of Mamamia network comments.
A new system services and keeps account of activity of 6 pizzerias (management of restaurants, preparation of dishes, delivery), call center and bek office (inventory management and a warehouse, management accounting, cash flow). Besides in a system the loyalty program for clients of a pizzeria including discounts and accumulation of bonuses was implemented. "From the main benefits for the client I would note the following: an opportunity to scale business by smaller costs and in short terms, to manage product cost in all points of implementation and, as result, increase in competitive advantages of the company" - Taisiya Bondar, the operating officer and the partner of Innoware comments.

In a project deliverable top management of Mamamia company will be able to make more quickly management decisions, to reduce losses and to increase profitability, will receive the flexible tool for business development and implementation of the ambitious goals.
