"Management of health care of the Tambov region" implemented a system management of state tasks

On June 1, 2017 the Parus company announced system implementation management of state tasks in Management of health care of the Tambov region.

Project Progress

In the field of health care of the Tambov region the single system of management of the state tasks based on Parus Budget is constructed. Specialists of Management of health care of area and 48 medical organizations subordinated to it work with the software product.

A system provides collecting and accounting of all necessary information for calculation of standards of costs and volumes of financial provision on rendering 44 types of public services and works.

The management of regional health care received the convenient IT tool for balancing of volumes of financial provision of accomplishment of state tasks with the finished extreme volumes of budgetary appropriations, carrying out calculations and contrastive analysis of standard costs of subordinated organizations on rendering the same services. Automatic balancing is carried out on separate organizations, types of service, cost items. Thanks to it documents on state tasks form more quickly on the basis of complete and reliable data.

As a result of project implementation the quality of planning and budget implementation increased, labor costs of specialists of the financial and economic services responsible for formation and execution of state tasks decreased.
