Implementation of an automated system of apartment accounting of the WAN, HVS and electric power in Agidel

The Matrix IT company completed implementation of an automated system of apartment electricity metering, the WAN and HVS in Agidel in an apartment house on Kurchatov St. 13. In the course of system implementation there were difficulties connected with access to apartments of residents. As a rule, metering devices of a consumption of water are located directly in the place of consumption of this water, and, as we know, electronics is not on friendly terms with water. Residents are usually frightened by any wires in the bathroom, in kitchen that in principle is clear - these concerns from firmly the doctrine of electrical safety hammered into the head of people proceed. More simply the situation with power meters - both a power supply near at hand is, and the stranger will hardly get * to look * that there fastened to the counter.

Also in the course of implementation there were difficulties with cable laying to inside apartments. Every time was necessary to look for the solution not to spoil appearance and apartment renovation. Here specialists showed flexibility and enterprise, and every time found the "beautiful" solution.

However, despite the difficulties which arose during implementation, the system of apartment accounting is successfully put into operation. The positive effect did not force itself long. Now residents do not have need to take meter readings, all as it is in the computer of management company. The problems connected with calculations of ODN disappeared an opportunity "appeared catch by a hand" the unfair subscribers trying by dishonest methods to save the expenses (a magnet on the counter). In turn the management company had an opportunity to precisely estimate leaks and all-house expenses of resources. Need for work of controllers-accountants disappeared, now time in half a year and that mostly for cleaning of conscience is enough to carry out control procedure and once again to be convinced of operability of a system. Specialists of management company even had a new entertainment - to determine by change of daily indications who is away and at whom the house of guests is complete.

2012

In Management of Housing and Communal Services LLC Mr. Agidel is launched by specialists of Matrix IT company an automated system of commercial accounting of energy resources. The implemented ASCAPC system is constructed based on a program appratnogo of the Matrix complex. A system allows to take off far off contemporary records from the metering devices of thermal energy installed in 50 apartment houses Mr. Agidel.

Metering stations of thermal energy were equipped with communication controllers for ensuring access to archive and current information and its transfer on communication channels on the top level. A communication channel is Ethernet based on the network protocol TCP/IP. The hardware and software system of the top level (poll server, the archiving server) providing information to clients on WCF technology, and also the client software of users of the ASCAPC is unrolled.

The implemented system allows to obtain within several seconds data from any metering device and to create the report on consumption of thermal energy on each apartment house. A system provides constant control of consumption of energy resources and an opportunity to quickly transfer the data obtained from metering stations to the power supplying organization.
