Operational accounting in Matriks Agritekh company is automated

The 1C-Rarus company automated operational accounting in Matriks Agritekh company using the software product "the Alpha Car: A motor show + Car service + Auto parts, editions 4", on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Task

For complex support of the main business processes of the enterprise the company management made the decision to implement the modern automated control system allowing to keep operational accounting in uniform information base, providing to the central office and branches access to all necessary information in real time.

For the purpose of optimization of conducting operational accounting the solution "is selected by the Alpha Car: A motor show + Car service + Auto parts, editions 4", and as the partner the 1C-Rarus company is invited.

Results

During implementation accounting modules are automated:

Spare parts

• Conducting inventory accounting of spare parts on warehouse cells is automated.
• The block of accounting of orders for spare parts is optimized.
• Accounting of the equipment and the tools issued to employees is automated.
• Process of updating of the prices and creation of nomenclature cards of external sources (price lists of suppliers) is automated.

Service maintenance

• Accounting of all work types on service maintenance of agricultural machinery and repair of own cars is automated.

Data exchange

• The mechanism of unloading of the bank statement from "1C: Accounting 8" in "the Alpha Car is implemented: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts of edition 4".
• Thanks to inclusion of branches in structure of the distributed bases, territorially remote divisions have an opportunity to continue to work in the program independently in the absence of communication with head office.
