2022: Conducting a survey of SQL Server within the framework of Premier Services

After automatically analyzing the information for compliance with support requirements and global practices, the engineer conducted an additional in-depth analysis already at the customer's site in Nizhnevartovsk.

The Softline expert analyzed the results of the automated check, providing all the information about possible inaccuracies in setting up the system to the customer. To solve the problem of routine tasks, the engineer, together with the client's IT specialists, configured SQL Server, remaking a number of suboptimal steps, removing nuances that cause performance degradation, debugging the correct operation of the software.

Based on the results of the work, Softline provided SP MeKaMineft with a detailed analysis of the performance of the examined systems, a technical report and recommendations for eliminating risks and improving the level of efficiency. In addition, during the work, the Softline engineer helped the customer's specialists understand the system and understand how to solve emerging problems on their own.
