The INTALEV company and Medfarmholding group completed the project of solution deployment "INTALEV: Corporate Management", the press service of the contractor reported on February 6, 2013.

Implementation

Diversification of the business directions and growth of scales of activity became the main premises to need to optimize and automate financial management of Medfarmholding group. The management selected priority tasks: development of uniform standards in management of the companies entering into holding, and creation of a corporate system which could cover all business units, would include means corporate planning and accounting.

The software product for automation selects "INTALEV: Corporate Management" owing to the fact that the model of management accounting, budgeting and the payment schedule is flexibly configured under requirements of the specific enterprise.

The project on "Development of methodology and automation of a system of management accounting, budgeting and the payment schedule on the platform "INTALEV: Corporate management" began in December, 2010. Works on broke into 4 consecutive blocks:

Block 1. "Methodology, development of regulations and formation of requirements to the system of operational accounting". The financial structure is developed; budget structure; Regulations on a financial analysis; uniform managerial account policy and requirements to completion of a system operational and accounting on the 1C Platform: 8.1 Management of manufacturing plants for needs of management accounting.

Block 2. "Management accounting and reporting". Setup of rules of formation of managerial postings, on the basis of primary data operational and/or accounting is performed; obtaining the reporting under actual data is configured; tuning of financial performance and reports is performed.

Block 3. "Budget planning". "Provision on planning" with the description of the principles and regulations of planning on group is developed; proformas and documents for input of planned data are configured; reporting according to planned data is configured. Business planning processes in the directions are automated: production retail, real estate.

Block 4. "Approval of requests for payment of money and Payment schedule". Business process of approval of requests for payment of money is described and automated; control of payments of money, on the basis of the approved BDDS is exercised; automatic formation of payment orders in the system of operational accounting for unloading in the client bank is configured; business processes of approval of limits are configured.

Project

Throughout operating time in the project experts INTALEV and specialists Medfarmholding worked with a uniform command that allowed to understand better specifics of requirements to an end product and to adopt the skills necessary for maintenance and further development of a system.

Result

The complex information management system finance in which account is kept by uniform methodological rules on all group became result of joint work.

A.M. Chanchikov, the project manager of a command of Medfarmholding Group, noted: "Together with Intalev Company the way from development of methodology before complete transition to a system "INTALEV was passed: Corporate Management" in blocks management accounting (fact), budget planning and the payment schedule. Thanks to individual approach of consultants when implementing our tasks and flexibility of the software product, nuances of all main business directions of holding were reflected in management accounting, at the same time the uniform methodology of accounting and the reporting remained. The system of budget planning was successfully started since the beginning of 2012, planning according to operational scenarios is implemented. The payment schedule in the test mode is started in August, 2012, is in full used since December, 2012"
