"The first Bit" automated document flow in MSC

On March 6, 2019 the international integrator of effective IT solutions First Bit announced process optimization and automatization of document flow in MSC (Mediterranean Shipping Company Rus) using the 1C: Document Flow 8 program and also trained specialists in the company for further independent support and development of a system.

To MSC companies big document flow — in a year through different divisions there go a statement about 1000 agreements. It was necessary to select a system which would help to accelerate and arrange work with documents.

In October, 2018 specialists of the First Bit started automation of process of work with documents in the company. Using the solution "1C: Document Flow 8" process of preparation, approval and storage of agreements was optimized and automated and accounting of correspondence is implemented. Thanks to integration comparison of the paper and electronic document revisions signed by customers happens to ABBYY Comparator in read minutes.

50 users work with a system. As a result of implementation a system helped to arrange work of employees, liquidated idle times at document approval, at any time it is possible to trace at what stage of approval in what time there was a document. Speed of approval of agreements managed to be increased by 3-4 times.

Qualitatively executed project on automation is an optimization, transformation and improvement of processes due to automation. Much usual should be changed, rebuilt. We are glad that MSC agreed to changes, and we together managed to build a system so that process performance of work with documents increased several times. During the project the First Bit advised and trained, attracted to the solution of real tasks of technical specialists of MSC. After such preparation the technical service of the company will be able independently to support and develop the 1C: Document Flow system.
