OnDoc started a personal account of the patient for Medroskontrakt clinic with integration with MIS "MeDialog"

On March 29, 2019 the company OnDoc announced start of a personal account for patients of clinic "Medroskontrakt". It is white label*-solution from ONDOC: mobile applications on iOS, Android and the web version. At project development it was carried out integration ONDOC service with medical an information system (MIES) "MeDialog".

The personal account allows patients to keep in contact with clinic and doctors. Using it it is possible to register in acceptance to doctors online, to receive reminders on a visit, to communicate with administrators of clinic in an online chat, to transfer necessary medical information on a secure channel of communication, to leave comments about work of doctors and clinics in general.

Also in a personal account it is possible to teach courses of drug intake, to note progress and reactions to the appointed treatment, to enter information on inoculations and allergies.

In the nearest future thanks to integration with MIS "MeDialog" in a personal account there will be a data access of the electronic clinical record (protocols of consultations of doctors, recommendations, results of laboratory tests), over time it will be possible to receive telemedicine services — remote consultations of doctors of clinic.

Using the service the Personal account integrated with a medical information system, the patient becomes the active participant of medical and diagnostic process, the efficiency of exchange of significant medical data, availability and, in a washed-up result, quality of medical care therefore we, in partnership with ONDOC, purposefully develop this direction — Roman Artyukov, the deputy CEO of Clinic Medroskontrakt increases.

Any integration of a medical information system — labor-intensive process which requires considerable resources and competences. Integration with MIS "MeDialog" means that more and more clinics across all Russia will be able to use a personal account of the patient in ONDOC.
