NPP Melioration took transport under control by means of satellite technologies

On July 3, 2014 The First BIT company announced project completion on system implementation of satellite monitoring of transport SCOUT in NPP Melioration company.

Project Tasks

For the management of the enterprise customer it is extremely important to know the expense level, both on time, and on fuel and lubricants. Having considered different proposals of producers and system providers of satellite monitoring of transport, NPP Melioration stopped the choice on the equipment and the software of SCOUT Group.

Project Progress

Installation of equipment was carried out by specialists of The First BIT Samara company integrator. Installed monitoring modules, fuel level sensors and software SCOUT Explorer 3.5 on the equipment.

Project Results

As a result of system implementation SCOUT, the NPP Melioration company obtains exact data on location of transport of vehicle fleet, optimum distributing production works. Control of fuel helps the enterprise to reduce to a third of costs for fuel and lubricants.

"Our company had a need to control vehicle fleet. After consideration of different solutions the equipment and software SCOUT was selected. Installation was made in short terms that allowed not to interrupt the performed works", - Vladimir Stekolshchikov, the associate director, NPP Melioration noted.
