On May 17, 2017 Corus Consulting Group announced project completion on reporting system implementation based on SAP BusinessObjects for Melon Fashion Group company.
Project Tasks
In 2016 the company started the project on process automation, connected with the analysis of the operational reporting. A main goal of the project – considerable acceleration of data collection and processing for acceptance and increase in efficiency of management decisions. For the solution of these tasks the SAP Business Objects system was selected. As the contractor on implementation the Corus Consulting company acted. Partners were faced by a task to integrate the data received from different sources and to increase quality of operational and financial statements.
Project Progress
During the project specialists of Corus Consulting analyzed the current reporting and offered the tools allowing to consolidate processes of collecting, storages and information processing, it is essential to broaden area for data analysis in the automatic mode.
Project Results
Reports which allow to obtain quickly data on accomplishment of sales plans, the number of visitors, efficiency of advertizing campaigns were as a result implemented. Consolidation of data from different sources gives the chance to manage competently price and assortment policy, to create seasonal collections and single positions, proceeding from the detailed analysis of preferences and demand of buyers.
Start of SAP BusinessObjects accelerated the analysis and comparison of data in all shops and for different time frames. The configured reports visualize all indicators that allows in a complex and in real time to control activity in all cities and the countries of presence.
