On March 31, 2015 the Softline company announced the beginning of the project of technical support of IT infrastructure of Meyerton Engineering company.
Project Tasks
The management of customer company was faced by the purpose: provide smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, minimizing forced idle times of workstations. As the partner attracted Softline company.
Project Progress
Within the project specialists of the contractor offered the customer the service package satisfying the needs for a part of monitoring of IT systems.
Meyerton Engineering received a dedicated line for the solution of technical issues through service ServiceDesk, by e-mail and by phone.
Within the project works are performed:
- network equipment is installed and configured;
- management of the office software is provided;
- services of the technical manager are provided.
Are provided with service technical, mail and proxy servers, workstations of users (notebooks and the PC), peripheral equipment, security systems.
Project Results
The customer excluded need of hiring of own technical specialists that helped to optimize maintenance expenses of IT systems. The fault tolerance of infrastructure is completely provided and all necessary services for correct work of IT services are received.
