The project was implemented as part of the corporate Idea Factory program at the initiative of the company's employees.

Manual accounting and reconciliation of fixed assets is a long, time-consuming and low-effective process: due to the human factor, technical errors and discrepancies often arise. The introduction of our software and hardware complex based on RFID inventory and accounting for fixed and low-value funds made it possible to get rid of these errors and significantly reduce the time for inventory, thus we increased labor productivity and reduced costs, "said Sergey Heroes, a leading engineer at programmer Mikron PJSC.

The software and hardware complex includes a set tablets with built-in UHF readers, software its own development Micron and RFID labels of the ultra-high frequency range for marking inventory objects. Solution integrated with system for 1C instant access information to information about each object - dates of registration, unloading, data re-accounting and reconciliation, purchase and residual value, material person, place of storage and use, etc.

As part of this solution, RFID marks manufactured by Micron are used to mark fixed assets: personalized self-adhesive marks M2046/1R6, packaged S-TAG Slim and M2498M/1P6 on a substrate. Labels operate at a frequency of 860-960 MHz in the temperature range from -20 ° C to + 80 ° C and are read at a distance of up to 14 m. The solution is available for ordering and can be tailored to your individual customer needs.

Increasing labor productivity through more efficient use of the working time of highly qualified employees and expensive technological equipment is one of the tasks of digitalization of enterprises. 2020: Plan to reduce inventory time from three days to four hours

On August 13, 2020, Micron announced the introduction of an automated RFID system of warehouse accounting and inventory of objects, which will reduce the time for work from three days to four hours, minimize risks and more efficiently use employee working time. The system is implemented on the basis of its own serial solution as part of the internal corporate project "Factory of Ideas."
