2025: Implementation of Knowledge and Training Management Systems

NORSI-TRANS has completed the implementation of knowledge management and training systems Minerva Knowledge and Minerva Learn. Minervasoft (Pantheon Aichi) announced this on April 7, 2025. The project was implemented in 7 months, including technical implementation, content filling and post-project support.

The creation of a single source of knowledge based on Minervasoft products made it possible to solve a number of key tasks: to ensure team access to information, improve communication between departments, eliminate duplication of articles and organize training for employees.

Before the introduction of the knowledge management system, technical support specialists of NORSI-TRANS CJSC faced a number of problems: departments within the company worked separately, plans, instructions and other important materials were not combined. This led to duplication of articles, made it difficult to find the necessary data and slowed down the execution of tasks. In addition, there was a risk of loss of knowledge in the event of the departure of experienced employees.

At the stage of technical implementation, the specialists of NORSI-TRANS CJSC independently deployed and configured the system on their own equipment, the Minervasoft team provided consulting support.

The creation of a single source of knowledge took place according to the Minerva Result methodology. Minervasoft conducted an electronic survey and interviews to clarify the customer's needs, analyzed existing content, created a knowledge base structure, role model, templates and reference articles. All materials have been transferred to the system and verified.

At the content filling stage, a team was formed on the part of the customer, who received training in the Minerva Result methodology and gradually plunged into work. In the future, NORSI-TRANS CJSC uploaded training materials on working with the knowledge base to the LMS system and already on its own expanded the pool of knowledge management managers - current managers and timlids, for whom maintaining the knowledge base is one of the key responsibilities.

After the completion of the main works, the Minervasoft team provided post-project support, analyzing reports and advising specialists of NORSI-TRANS CJSC on the further use of the system.

The introduction of Minervasoft products allowed NORSI-TRANS CJSC to centralize access to data, documents and resources, eliminate duplication of articles, establish information exchange between departments, and reduce the training time for new employees.

The key result of the implementation was a significant improvement in information performance. On average, employees find the necessary data in 2-3 attempts, while previously at least 5 were required. Most of the company's technical specialists began to use the knowledge base as the main source of information, which is confirmed by a 60% increase in this indicator. In addition, as a result of the introduction of knowledge management according to the Minerva Result methodology, the search convenience indicator increased by 62.7%, the clarity of information - by 48.7%, and the correctness - by 48.5%.

Minervasoft's products have helped us integrate and systematize information. Previously, the technical team used up to ten different sources, and today each employee can quickly find the answer and clarify the question in one system. We are gradually connecting new users - during the project their number has tripled. In addition, we are able to expand the possibilities of collaboration and make the system a basis for technical specialists. Today, Minerva Knowledge employs not only employees from Moscow, but also colleagues from other cities, - commented Ivan Nesterov, head of the information and telecommunication systems support department of NORSI-TRANS CJSC.

The company plans to further expand the use of the system, connect more technical specialists and create common blocks, including interactive training for employees and managers. The key area will be the development of training modules that will automate the process of adapting new employees and increase their efficiency.

At NORSI-TRANS CJSC, work with knowledge is organized comprehensively: using methodology, powerful corporate search and training. Such synergy not only solves the issue of knowledge delivery and significantly increases the effectiveness of teams, but also creates the basis for the further introduction of generative artificial intelligence. In conditions of universal digitalization, high-quality data is no longer just a competitive advantage, but an intellectual foundation that affects the quality and cost of decisions made. We are glad that our products help increase the readiness of Russian business to work with new technologies, "added Alexey Zobnin, co-founder of Minervasoft.
