BARS GROUP developed IAS "Automation of accounting of OKN" for the Russian Defense Ministry

The BARS GROUP company, subsidiary company of "the National Center of Informatization" (enters into Rostec Group), in January, 2018 announced implementation of an information and analytical system "Automation of accounting of objects of cultural heritage" (IAS "Automation of accounting of OKN") in department of culture of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

Strategic objective of department of culture is preserving of 1393 objects of cultural heritage which are under authority of the Russian Defense Ministry. The system of BARS GROUP accompanies accomplishment of a task, allowing to reduce risks when using property of OKN due to regular collection of information and control of a status of objects.

Within IAS the uniform electronic database on objects of cultural heritage is created, departments and territorial subdivisions are prepared for work in a single system. The project includes subsystems of monitoring and accounting of information on a status of OKN, reference books and qualifiers, administrations, identifications and authentications of users, document flow and analytics and the reporting.

It is expected that system operation optimizes process of acceptance of management decisions, will increase reliability and relevance of state-of-health data of OKN and also discipline of performance of the legislation.
