2023: Transition of budgetary institutions to "MyOffice"

MyOffice, a Russian manufacturer of office software for working with documents and communications, on October 26, 2023 announced the transfer of all budgetary institutions of the Kemerovo Region-Kuzbass to its products.

To implement this task, Kuzbass has formed a unified policy for the transition to the use of applied domestic software, a number of relevant regulatory legal acts have been adopted.

The region acquired MyOffice for all state authorities, local governments and institutions subordinate to them. So, as of October 2023, about 20 thousand licenses "MyOffice Standartny 2" have been installed at user workplaces.

"MyOffice Standartny 2" is an office suite for working with documents and mail. Includes desktop editors for texts, tables, presentations, and email client. The product is designed to create a unified communication environment for civil servants of Kuzbass, perform daily tasks related to the preparation of reports, business letters, etc.

In order for migration to Russian office software to be comfortable, a Digital Competence Center has been opened on the basis of the Kuzbass Regional Institute for Advanced Training, which trains the use of Russian solutions, including MyOffice.
