The Ministry of Finance of Kamchatka Krai prepares for itself transition to legally significant turnover of documents

The Ministry of Finance of Kamchatka Krai will organize the legally significant electronic document management (LSEDM) within the jurisdiction on the basis of software "ADC-Finance", the BFT company integrator reported on March 5, 2013.

Works on implementation of YuZED in the Ministry of Finance of Kamchatka Krai had complex character and were performed step by step.

Within implementation of the first stage experts of the contractor at close cooperation with customer representatives conducted preproject examination of the operating system of office-work, studied its features, regulations regulating organization activity. Documentation for recognition of the electronic documents created in the system of treasurer budget implementation "ADC-Finance" and certified by the electronic signature, legally significant became result.

For providing opportunities of full implementation of YuZED the ADC-Finance system installed in the Ministry of Finance of edge is upgraded. Using the web interface and implementation of the module of the electronic signature, along with the staff of the ministry, all main managers of budgetary funds (MMBF) are connected to YuZED. The means of cryptographic protection applied in a system conform to all requirements of the Russian legislation in the field of information security (including to requirements of Federal law No. 63-FZ of 4/6/2011 "About the electronic signature") that excludes a possibility of counterfeit of the signature and signed documents and also guarantees their reliability and protection.
