Ministry of Finance of Zabaykalsky Krai (Keysystems: MSU-SMART)

The Ministry of Finance of Zabaykalsky Krai for the purpose of quality improvement and performance excellence of the powers transferred to the jurisdiction of municipal authorities made the decision on complex automation of activity of local government authorities using the MSU-SMART PC.

The MSU-SMART system (developer – Keysystems company, Cheboksary) constructed using modern Internet technologies will organize transparent data exchange, implementing information exchange of all municipal entities of edge with the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI) that, in turn, allows to increase efficiency of rendering the public and municipal services to the population in the territory of all Zabaykalsky Krai.

In addition to planning of tax capacity of municipal entities and the organization of purposeful works on increase in a taxable basis and attraction of an additional income in local budgets, a system provides all municipal entities with the reliable tool for accounting of personal subsidiary farms, execution of the delegated powers and work with the population.

Thus, implementation of this solution will become an important step in finding by local government authorities of Zabaykalsky Krai of financial independence due to high-quality property management and the modern organization of work.
