On September 28, 2018, BARS Group announced the expansion of the capabilities of the regional medical information system (RMIS) of the Chelyabinsk region. The project continues to develop in two directions at once: RMIS is integrated with the ADIS Emergency Medical Station Automation Software Complex (SSMP), in which the region's ambulance stations operate, as well as with the Doctor's Call to Home functionality through the public services portal.
As a result of the integration of the region's medical system with ADIS, 140 medical institutions in the region will be able to electronically exchange data with ambulance stations.
When calling an ambulance, call cards are received from ADIS to RMIS - this will allow you to transfer an urgent call to the clinic and the district hospital, sending data for hospitalization to the hospital. In addition, it became possible to inform the doctor about the need to actively visit patients served on emergency medical calls. The function of viewing the status and results of call processing transmitted to the WMIS from the SSMP and the ability to generate reports is also implemented.
Also in the Chelyabinsk region, the "Doctor's Call to the House" is being tested, which will be provided thanks to integration with the hub of federal electronic registration services (FER). Concentrator is a component of FER that allows you to receive electronic services through the Unified Portal of Public Services.
"Calling a doctor to the house" is included in the list of electronic services approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 15, 2017 No. 2521-r, which entered into force on January 1, 2018.
