In the Ministry of Health of Krasnodar Krai the first stage of the "Upgrade of a Management System for Health Care of Krasnodar Krai" project implemented on the platform of the solution Parus is completed, the press service of developer reported on June 4, 2013.

Readiness

The first stage creates the "Regional register of the medical personnel" and "The register of passports of medical institutions" and "A regional monitoring system" placed in modern data center of edge Medical information and analytical center.

Within the second stage of the project commissioning of modules which will allow to exercise control of material and financial resources in a system is implemented, to obtain data of medical statistics in uniform base and also to adjust the system of the automated execution of business regulations and control of execution of instructions.

"One of the major tasks solved within the project is development of a method of calculation of indicators, indicators and the ratings of efficiency evaluation of functioning of a territorial health care system according to WHO recommendations, – Andrey Kolba, the head of the regional department of "PARUS Corporation" in Krasnodar Krai implementing the project emphasized. - The solution of this task became possible thanks to the uniform industry database which contains both primary credentials in all directions, and all reporting data, including on medical statistics which allow to make calculation of indexes and to construct rating".

On June 29, 2017 the Parus company announced system implementation of management of health care in Krasnodar Krai on the PARUS-the Budget 8 platform.

For June 29, 2017 280 medical organizations work with a system. A total quantity of users — 2.9 thousand people, the number of 1 thousand which are at the same time working ~.

A system provides data storage about personnel, financial and material resources of the medical organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Health of Krasnodar Krai. The choice is provided to the organizations: keep account of administrative activity, by means of a cloud resource or using own software products, integrating them with a single regional system (the second option is demanded by large organizations). All information on resources and results of work of medical institutions accumulates in AHD data warehouse.

The system of the Ministry of Health allows:

• control dynamics of accounts payable (including delayed) on the region and specific municipal entities, organizations.
• estimate and control execution of the plan of financial and economic activity by any indicators on organizations.
  • monitoring of the salary is conducted: data can be analyzed by positions, organizations, municipal entities, in dynamics.

• the instrument of information visualization is provided in a schedule type and charts, on the map of the region. Heads of the ministry, organizations, MIAC can always look at up-to-date managerial data, including on the mobile device.

In a system registers of the medical organizations, the personnel are maintained (24 thousand records on medical personnel; also not medical personnel), the iatrotechnics (75 thousand items of equipment), the register of patients with a sharp coronary syndrome are considered. By means of web services the unloadings given registers in formats are transferred to the federal Single State Information System of Health Care (SSISHC).

Integration of a software package with different external resources excludes double entry of data and increases their completeness and reliability.
