The Ministry of Health of the Kurgan region creates the regional medical register

On February 4, 2014 the Ekaterinburg department of "PARUS Corporation" announced project implementation of creation of the regional medical register of the Kurgan region and its integration with federal services of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Project Progress

At the beginning, within the program of upgrade of health care, in the Kurgan region the regional accounting register of health and pharmaceutical workers is created.

On the next stage will unroll the register of the administrative activity (AA). Their filling is performed by electronic transfer of data directly from local information systems of accounting and payroll of the medical organizations.

Then the integration services providing Electronic Data Interchange between regional and federal registers are developed and implemented, dictionaries of systems are brought into accord with the formats of information exchange set "By regulations of data transmission from a regional segment of a common information space in the field of health care in a federal segment regarding the federal managerial applied systems".

In addition to the solution of this task, within the project individual IT requirements are considered - the regional automated system of monitoring of the program of upgrade of health care on the platform software "PARUS-the Budget 8" with Web access for 90 organizations and the register of passports of medical institutions is unrolled.
