2017: Start of service in issue of electronic sick-lists
On August 22, 2017 the HOST group announced implementation together with SofTrust company of the project on issue of electronic sick leave notes in medical institutions of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.
HOST Group was responsible for technical implementation and setup of a system of electronic sick-lists and also trained 500 medics in work with it.
Use of electronic sick-lists saves time of physicians and patients. The document is created in a medical office at once. The health worker himself enters necessary data in a system and signs him with the digital electronic signature. Further the electronic sick-list goes to the employer at once, accelerating calculation of compensations for temporary disability. The diseased does not need to stand in queues of clinic or to worry that the paper form will be lost and it should be recovered. Doctors will be able to pay more attention to patients, but not to spend time for filling of paper forms and additional medical documentation which is required to be stored still somewhere.
"In 5 years of work in the Sakha Republic we implemented the regional medical information system "Bear" which became a basis of Uniform State Health Information System of the region. Started service of the round-the-clock call center for hospitals. The pilot project on issue of electronic sick leave notes is a next step which will allow the population to receive high-quality medical services, and to medical institutions to increase efficiency of the work". |
As of August 22, 2017, the project is for the test stage, four medical institutions have an access to electronic sick-lists. In the future the service will be entered in 65 hospitals of the region.
