2025: Directum RX Intelligence Implementation
Ministry of Taxes and Duties of Belarus has implemented intelligent services for document processing: as early as September 2025, the system performs up to 67% of tasks automatically, and the speed business processes has increased by 45%. This was Directum announced on September 16, 2025.
The agency has already used Directum, but in the context of digital transformation, it decided to test new technologies and prepare for the transition to the next generation of the Directum RX platform with built-in intelligence (supply of Intelligence).
As of September 2025, the system employs 300 employees, including 12 top managers. During the pilot operation, intellectual services coped with 2675 tasks. At the same time, only 0.02% of operations required manual adjustment.
The goal of the project was to facilitate the work of employees by automating routine operations - registration, routing and submitting resolutions to standard documents. The decision was a logical continuation of the department's digital transformation.
Implementation work was carried out by Novakom Systems, general partner of Directum. Experts have integrated intelligent services, taking into account the opinion of users, which helped to relieve concerns about "machine solutions" and smoothly get used to the new system.
