Updating of process on work with orders and orders
On November 19, 2018 the MiTek company reported that it updated process on work with orders and orders of Mirriko management in the DIRECTUM system.
According to the company, the key aspect in project implementation of Mirriko management is connected with fast and high-quality execution and control of instructions, work on which is already conducted in the DIRECTUM system. With development of internal processes it was required to update functionality of the DIRECTUM ECM system regarding management of instructions. The MiTek company jointly with IT specialists of Mirriko management was engaged in updating.
Specialists of Mirriko management conducted a process research on work with orders and orders, made the list of requirements for modification and reported the prepared documents of MiTek company that allowed to minimize labor costs from the contractor. In turn, MiTek designed the changes in a system necessary for satisfaction of requirements of the company. All development on the approved changes is implemented and tested in a system.
On project deliverables the following effects were reached:
- the quality of approval of documents due to introduction of the fixed list of approving is increased;
- process of creation and document retrieval in a system is accelerated and simplified;
- standardization of document templates is provided;
- creating applications process is automated;
- consolidation of applications and the approved document in the uniform document is configured;
- the solution on viewing, change and adding of communications of documents is developed;
- setup and administration of process is simplified.
Process optimization on work with primary accounting documents
On July 26, 2018 the company "MiTek" announced implementation based on EMC- the systems DIRECTUM of the solution "Financial Archive" in Mirriko management LLC.
According to the company, the project will be executed in the DIRECTUM system based on technical solution Financial archive. The solution will allow to exchange accounting documents with partners of the company, and will provide storage, search and fast report generation for check at the request of tax authorities.
It is expected that development will allow:
- At the organizational level:
- to exchange documents with partners and partners less than in 5 minutes (as opposed to 1 month mail and 2-3 express deliveries expresses);
- to accelerate processes of approval of documents due to ensuring transparency and control of processes.
- At the managerial level:
- it is convenient to control terms of approval of accounting documents;
- it is flexible to manage processes due to obtaining the fast analysis of the current work.
- At the financial level:
- to reduce by 30% direct costs on exchange of documents with partners, on storage of paper documents and work with documents in archive;
- to increase turnover of money by 20% due to reduction of terms of signing of documents both from the partner, and in Mirriko Group.
As it was reported, MiTek performs a research of processes on work with primary documents and also carries out the analysis of a common ground of the DIRECTUM ECM system with the ERP system of Navision for carrying out effective integration and setup of end-to-end processes in the company.
2017: Optimization of planning of actions using Directum
The company Directum announced on September 25, 2017 the project of optimization management of internal work plans based on corporate ECM- a system Directum in the Mirriko management company managing assets of group Mirriko. The company acts as the contractor of the project MiTek.
The Mirriko management company constantly optimizes internal processes. In the nearest future the company intends to automate collecting and formation of short-term and long-term plans of the company based on the Directum ECM system.
Project Tasks
It is supposed that according to the results of the project the company will receive the tool which will allow to create transparent and easily controlled environment on task management, loading of employees and, the main thing, to achievement of planned targets of the company by the current and strategic objectives of the company.
Among project tasks:
- Simplification of collecting and preparation of actions plans for each division.
- Elimination of risks of non-performance of indicators on the purposes due to additional detailing of actions.
- The organization and regulation of works of employees taking into account importance of a planned action, its interrelation with other tasks and also strategic objectives of the company.
- Visualization of indicators on achievement of strategic objectives of the company in different temporary cuts.
Implementation Progress
As of September 25, 2017, the project is in implementation phase. Into trial operation it is going to be brought in the fall of 2017.
