2025: Development and Implementation of an Incident Management System for the GreenBushDC Data Center

The Technology Trajectory Company has developed and deployed the IMS software package for dealing with incidents arising from the provision of equipment placement services to customers for the GreenBushDC data center. Representatives of the "Trajectory of Technologies" reported this on July 14, 2025.

For successful development, prevention of failures and downtime in data center maintenance, an incident management system was needed, created taking into account all the company's tasks: it was necessary to combine existing systems into a single design that allows you to automatically track the occurrence of incidents, rank them and flexibly manage events in accordance with all information security requirements. None of the finished products on the market could provide the full range of required functions, so the custom development path was chosen.

Technology Trajectory carried out a survey of existing systems, bases and regulations and developed an IMS system for the customer, which manages incidents of client services, interacting with the monitoring system, the knowledge base and regulatory documents of the GreenBushDC data center, as well as the physical infrastructure visualization and management system. During the project, the design documentation of the complex was developed - from architecture to graphic design and the structure of the knowledge database.
