2020: Installation on production lines of robots-palletizatorov

On March 17, 2020 the Fructonad company announced the cooperation with large domestic manufacturer of dairy products by Molprodukt company which began in 2018.

Having aimed it is essential to upgrade the production on production of ultra heat-treated milk in packaging of TBA, the company management addressed to Fruktonad Group. The purpose of improvement of production processes consisted in significantly to lower a share of manual work on production, having delegated all functionality on palletizing to robots. And also due to implementation of robots to reduce the space occupied by a flow line.

As a result it was decided to set on each of 2 production lines on the robot-palletizatoru based on ABB IRB model 460. The choice fell on this model not casually. It ideally fits into the available production lines, is compact, has loading capacity to 110 kg. This four-axial robot is capable to execute to 2190 cycles per hour and perfectly is suitable for high-speed laying on pallets of finished goods.

At the end of production lines it was decided to install the automatic film spinner a pallet from finished goods. And to use the released area under an additional finished goods warehouse.

Thus, after project implementation the Molprodukt company minimized manual work on production and noticeably won in the areas.

There are no doubts that our joint activity will be continued. Especially as Fruktonad Group has in the arsenal a little essentially of other solutions allowing to use effectively robots for palletizing processes.
