Monopoly had the task of conducting a start-up study  to identify the level of staff engagement. The main feature was  that the study was conducted among two categories of employees: office workers who  had online access to all corporate channels,  and drivers without the opportunity to take a survey  using a PC. Especially for the latter , a pulse poll was developed and launched on the TalentTech Polls platform, available for  passing the  smartphone. The pulse poll was determined as the most suitable format for drivers, since it can be quickly and easily passed by  a steelphone while  on a flight and without  being distracted from  work.

The TalentTech Polls platform helped involve employees  in the survey. For this  , communication materials included in the PR package from the platform were used  - posters, banners for social networks, slides for TV screens  - which were adapted by the company to its own design. The value  and importance of passing were broadcast  via email and on the  start page of the survey, as well as  using a smart reminder system.

Before completing the survey, the employee received  a mail stating that the survey was available to him. In addition to answering  questions, workers could leave detailed answers to open questions and feedback that can be analyzed.

Immediately after the study, HR specialists of Monopoly gained access  to a report with employee responses and detailed analytics. According to the  results of the project, it turned out that the employee engagement index is 73%. This means that most of Monopoly's employees show initiative, a high level of motivation and interest in performing their work qualitatively.

"It was important for us to understand how employees perceived the structural changes that took place  in the company  this year, as well as measure the starting performance of the eNPS, since we conducted such a study  for the first time in the company, but we plan to conduct it regularly. We received a good visual survey product  with an understandable methodology, the ability to supplement survey forms and a personal account for managers. It is important that  with the help of the TalentTech Surveys platform, it is possible not  only to see the averages for the  company, but also  to assess the situation  in each department. The results obtained became the basis for drawing up a corrective action plan with managers and employees, "-

said Ekaterina Kizik, head of internal communications and corporate culture of Monopoly Group of Companies.
