"Open Technologies" implemented service of monitoring of information systems in the Moscow Department of Information Technology

The company Open Technologies, the Russian system integrator, and the Moscow Department of Information Technology announced in October, 2014 project completion on system implementation of monitoring of the information systems involved in providing state services in electronic form.

Thanks to this innovation the Moscow Department of Information Technology provided the round-the-clock control over the information resources in the same mode as though check was executed by the citizen or the representative of business when it addresses for public service. Independence of service of monitoring of operating organizations also allowed to receive objective quality evaluation of functioning of Moscow information resources.

The purchased monitoring system was provided on service model as service (SaaS) that allowed Department to avoid the capital investments on acquisition and software implementation and also further operating costs and upgrade of a system.

Within this project connection of information systems of Department to monitoring system OT-Monix was made and scenarios of check of functionality of key information systems of the city of Moscow are developed. The service was based on development of the company Open Technologies on the basis of the software of Open Source: it has an opportunity to react flexibly to any requests of the Moscow Department of Information Technology.

Distinctive feature of service of monitoring of information systems is the innovative technique of check of their functioning. It allows to perform regular reconciliation of accomplishment of scenarios of work of citizens and users with a city information system and also to issue quick reaction to each specific contractor for correction of violations of functioning of the systems of Department.
