"Moscow Department of Information Technology": all schools of the capital passed to "cloud" accounting

On July 8, 2015 the Department of IT of Moscow announced transition of all capital schools to cloud accounting "UAIS Budget accounting".

Project Tasks

The project on development and deployment of cloud accounting in public institutions of Moscow began in 2012. Within the project connected 110 schools to a system. Financial and economic activity of these organizations was recognized the most effective in all education of the city of Moscow.

By the end of 2014 the number of the connected educational complexes increased up to 300.

Project Results

For July 8, 2015 transition more than 900 school complexes of the city of Moscow on a universal automated system of budget accounting is complete. The direct help in the project was rendered by the Moscow Department of Education.

The cloud service helps state institutions of the city to get free access to a single system of implementation of budget accounting, to use the usual interface of the browser or special software, to save on computing powers, to be connected to a system from any place where there is a connection with the Internet.

The total quantity of users of a system in 2015 reached 5525, it more than twice exceeds number of users at the end of 2014 (2440 users).

In addition to educational and preschool institutions, in the system of cloud accounting executive authorities of the city, sports schools, clubs, sections, palaces of culture and prefectures work.
