2023: Piloting a solution for intelligent monitoring of internal IT processes
Moscow Exchange began piloting a solution for intelligent monitoring of internal IT processes: as part of a pilot project, the specialists of the T1 Group used one of the tools of the Sphere Platform in a test format. The solution based on artificial intelligence is designed to provide additional opportunities for prompt response to incorrect operation of internal IT processes. This became known on May 3, 2023.
In early 2023, the Moscow Exchange transferred to the Group T1 a package data of one of its digital systems for testings the effectiveness of the instrument. Processing information and analysis of results is carried out in a secure circuit with confidentiality. Upon completion of the work, the holding team will present the results of a pilot project for automatic detection of anomalies using deep learning methods, as well as prepare recommendations for the implementation of intelligent monitoring tools and train exchange personnel to work with the system.
The main plus of the approach is the use of adaptive machine learning models that provide real-time monitoring. Analysis and forecasting of information systems metrics is carried out taking into account trends, seasonality and production calendars, ensuring the earliest possible information.
At the end of 2022, the total volume of trading on the markets of the Moscow Exchange exceeded 1.1 quadrillion rubles, over 2.5 million people participate in the auction every month. Our task is to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure. At the end of 2022, the IT system availability rate was 99.99%. We are allowed to achieve such results, including monitoring and measures of prompt response to any deviations in the operation of systems, - said Andrei Burilov, Managing Director for Information Technologies of the Moscow Exchange. |
The Sphere tool implemented as part of the pilot project. Event Intelligence IAS) monitors metrics, events, changes, logs and transactions, allowing not only to detect anomalies, but also to automatically analyze causes and warn about possible consequences. It is important to note that the solution is completely Russian and is included in the Register of Domestic Software, - said Maxim Kutuzov, commercial director of the Sphere platform. |
