Moselektrotyagstroy trust creates an information system for maintaining financial and accounting

The 1C-Rarus company automated 12 affiliated enterprises of JSC Moselektrotyagstroy Trust within implementation of the first stage of an implementation project "1C: Management of construction organization 8", the company integrator reported on October 23, 2012.

Solution

According to an implementation project, in accounting of branches the unified information system for maintaining financial and accounting is created. Time for consolidation of the daily reporting provided to company management is reduced from 2 to 2 o'clock minutes. The management controls actual cost of costs on each of 30 objects under construction at any moment.

By drawing up the daily reporting manual work is minimized, the human factor is excluded, the quantity of the errors connected with manual entry of data is reduced.

The developed report "Interpretation of receivables and payables" allows to control the debit and creditor debts and also dates of emergence of obligations, charge of percent on loan agreements to the legal entities entering into structure of trust.

Within the next stages automation of sections is planned: treasury, budgeting, carrying out plan-fact cost analysis on construction, purchases.
