The 1C-Rarus company integrated in one information system of service of personnel records and payroll of three branches of JSC "Mosenergo Fuel and Energy Company" with the help "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".
Background
The decision on creation of a new personnel management system and payroll of JSC Mosenergo Fuel and Energy Company was caused by the following requirements:
- Automation of methods of payroll calculation and allowances, specific to construction business, for different working conditions by clear and simple techniques;
- Operational obtaining the consolidated statements on the salary and personnel statistics of any complexity on the enterprise in general.
For carrying out automation the solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform is selected. The contractor defines 1C-Rarus company.
Solution
Specialists automated payroll and taxes, reflection of the salary in regulated accounting, personnel office-work. The uniform information base for services of personnel records and payroll in three branches of the company where about 1.2 thousand employees work is created.
Result
- The different methods of payroll calculation connected with specifics of construction business are unified and automated.
"1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" helps with calculation of allowances "for complexity", "for a brigadirstvo", "for harmful working conditions", "for privacy". A system allows to work with allowances both in short-term (month), and in the long term (year). Time for input of primary information was reduced by 30%.
- Process of time keeping for personnel department is optimized.
It accelerated work of group of settling with personnel, including settlement process of advance payment and final payment of the salary in a month. Implementation of a new system allowed specialists calculation of the monthly salary 25% faster than a message.
- Transfer process of the salary on different checking accounts which one employee can have is automated.
Today using a system the salary can be transfered to the personal bank card which is already available for the worker. Work of specialists of services of payroll calculation is simplified, delays with payment of remunerations because of the corporate cards issued not in time are excluded.
- Conducting payroll by techniques, simple and clear for all employees, and also salary transfer in time on personal cards of workers promoted decrease in quantity of questions to specialists in calculation and increase in loyalty of personnel.
- After consolidation of all structural divisions in one information base the uniform regulations on closing of month with breakdown for the terms allotted under each stage were developed. Observance of such regulations allows the management to receive at the scheduled time exact results on labor costs and insurance premiums on divisions.
Results were commented by Vitaly Kazakov, the head of department of implementation and support of directorate of IT and telecommunications of JSC Mosenergo Fuel and Energy Company:
- We reached all tasks set for the project: successfully passed to a new information system, automated personnel office-work, calculation of taxes. Among project deliverables I would like to select acceleration of reporting for the management thanks to a possibility of flexible configuration of a system. A system allowed to exclude errors when forming the consolidated statements. Work of specialists of group of payroll is optimized. Calculation of tax liabilities and reflection of the salary in regulated accounting on all enterprise is implemented by standard means of a system and comes to the end in 5 minutes. Data retrieveds are calculated taking into account last modifications in the legislation of the Russian Federation (insurance premiums, payment of sick leave notes, etc.).
